Wine 2: 2023 Loop Road Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand
True Ruby - Slight Spritz. Strawberry, Cherry, Nibs, Cranberry, Dried Leaves, Floral Stem, Rhubarb, Cherry Cola, Fruit Leather. Fruit Forward (Fresh, Clean, Crisp) - Slight Compote/Jam Quality. High Alcohol (14%), Med(+) Acidity, and Med Body and Tannin (Softer/Ripe).
Wine 3: 2019 Blank Canvas Escaroth Vineyard Pinot Noir, Marlborough, New Zealand
Hazy. Stemmy, Vegetal, Fennel, Matchstick, Fruit Leather, Strawberry, Cherry, Cranberry, Pepper Spice, Charred Red Pepper, Cement, Tomato Leaf, Wet Wool, Wet Slate. Ripe and Underripe Quality. Med(+) Acidity and Med Tannin, Body, and Alcohol (13%).
