Live in moments that matter
About Similar Minds
Similar Minds began with a simple idea: to create a space where curiosity about taste can gather. I organize the table, but in many ways I see myself as the labourer—setting the stage for respectful, open-minded people who are drawn to the sensory worlds of tea and wine.
We don’t brew tea in the most ceremonial way, and we don’t open bottles simply because they carry famous labels. Instead, we taste with a different intention. Often blind, often slowly, we listen to what the glass or cup reveals—layers of aroma, texture, and place. Tea and wine are not just beverages; they are landscapes translated into flavour, shaped by soil, climate, craft, and time.
Each gathering becomes a shared exploration. Everyone brings a piece of their own perception, their own sensitivity to flavour. No single palate leads the conversation. Instead, the room fills with perspectives, and together we decode what is in front of us.
That is why it is called Similar Minds. Not because we think the same—but because we are curious in the same direction.
